Hello from me, Zoe aka Scented Sweetpeas ...

Welcome to Scented Sweetpeas, the creation of me, Zoe. I am sat here writing this from a lovely little fenland village in beautiful Cambridgeshire, UK. You will find me hidden away in our cottage (or in our vintage VW Campervan on Summers Days) creating what ever my heart desires on that particular day. I am a mum of 3 children who not only has a love of creativity but also for bee keeping, looking after our chickens and working on our allotment.

Ever since I was a child I have enjoyed being creative, I remember many a happy hour creating houses out of cardboard boxes (complete with lovely walllpapered wall and little carpeted floors ) and doodling the hours away. I went on to really love textiles and art at college and also took photography just to keep some creativity in my day amongst the other, more mundane subjects.

As I grew up and got a job my creativity seemed to leave me until I had children. Becoming a mother gave me a great excuse to rekindle my love of creativity. In 2010 I started blogging and also made a new years resolution to get my own creativity back and I haven't looked back. I have since learnt to use my sewing machine and to crochet and am looking forward to all the other wonderful creative things I can learn. Whilst blogging I found that people wanted to buy the creations I was making and so began Scented Sweetpeas.
